This website provides freelance paralegal services in the State of Florida. A paralegal is not licensed to practice law and may not engage in the unlicensed practice of law as defined by Rule 10-2.1 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

A paralegal may not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal strategy, or interpret the law, nor may a paralegal represent clients, determine legal rights, select legal remedies, or prepare legal documents for clients without the supervision of a licensed Florida attorney.

Any services performed without the supervision of an attorney are strictly limited to clerical, administrative, and ministerial tasks, such as document formatting, file organization, data entry, scheduling, and other non-substantive support functions that do not require legal judgment or discretion.

All substantive legal work—including legal research, drafting pleadings or legal documents, discovery preparation, and trial support—is performed only at the direction and under the supervision of a licensed attorney or as self-help assistance, in full compliance with Florida law and the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
